Controller
Oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Manages monthly closes, audits, and regulatory filings. Ensures accurate financial data while supervising staff accountants and improving processes to support growth and compliance
Forensic Accountant
Investigates financial discrepancies and fraud in litigation, insurance claims, or regulatory matters. Analyzes records, traces assets, and presents findings clearly for legal proceedings. Combines accounting skills with investigative instincts to uncover and explain financial wrongdoing.
Audit Manager
Leads and manages audit engagements—whether internal audits within an organization or external audits for clients—ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory standards. Oversees audit teams, reviews workpapers and findings, and fosters strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders. Balances technical oversight with project management and mentorship to deliver timely, high-quality audit results, contributing to the organization's financial integrity and operational excellence.
Financial Analyst
Supports the CFO by analyzing financial data, forecasting budgets, and evaluating performance metrics. Prepares reports for decision-making and helps optimize resource allocation. Plays a key role in planning and tracking company financial health
Tax Director-Transfer Pricing
Oversees transfer pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance for domestic and international operations. Manages global intercompany pricing policies, economic analyses, and risk assessments. Leads cross-border planning initiatives, supports tax audits, and ensures alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulations. Collaborates with finance and legal teams while supervising staff and enhancing processes to support international growth and regulatory compliance.
