Our Story
​Stephen Niman brings decades of recruiting expertise shaped by years supporting Big Four firms. After his time there, he co-founded an accounting firm specializing in federal audit readiness growing it to well over 100 accountants and CPAs, teaming with his former Big Four Partners to support federal agencies and the Department of Defense audit readiness initiatives as both a subcontractor and prime contractor.
Adam Wharton joined Sky Blue Scout shortly after its founding to help build out our corporate practice, allowing Stephen to focus on professional services. Adam brings a background in talent development, brand operations, and strategic growth. He has led national teams in the health and fitness industry, built leadership pipelines, and helped scale operations for Bally Total Fitness and Starbucks—one of the world’s most iconic consumer brands.
